PURPOSE: To make locking unable and prevent theft, etc., at the time of forgetting to pull a key out of an engine switch by providing an engaging piece which is resiliently supported by a spring and for which an electromagnet is provided in the vicinity and which restricts the stopper of a door rod.

CONSTITUTION: An engaging piece which has a hole for making a stopper piece 6 pass through at normal times and for which an electromagnet 8 is provided at a distance is resiliently supported by a spring 10 in the vicinity of the stopper piece 6 provided on a door lock rod 5. As a device is electrified, the electromagnet 8 attracts the engaging piece 6 against the spring 10, to enable the restriction of the movement of the stopper piece 6 to a lock side. When a key 3 is inserted into a key hole 2 and placed in a lock position (1) and an ACC position (2), the stopper piece 6 is unable to move due to the engaging piece 7 making it impossible to carry out door lock. When the key is in positions (3), (4) for permitting electrification, the stopper piece 6 is made free to move enabling the locking of a door.
