Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rotating and burying a steel pipe pile, whereby a long steel pipe pile is retained and buried.
SOLUTION: The burying device M comprises a leader 10 and a rotating burying part 20 rising and falling along the leader 10. The rotating burying part 20 has a rising part 21 threadably engaging the rising thread part 12 of the leader 10, and a retaining part 30 provided to extend horizontally from a side end of the rising part 21 to retain the steel pipe pile P passed therethrough, with the retaining part 30 having a shank 31 rotatably supported against the rising part 21 and a retaining rotating part 35 for retaining and rotating the steel pipe pile P. A chuck 42 engaging a large gear 40 is disposed in a hollow part 36 formed in the retaining rotating part 35 and the steel pipe pile P is passed through the chuck 42. The large gear 40 meshes with a small gear connected to a driving motor and rotates the steel pipe pile P via the chuck 42.
