Abstract:
PURPOSE: To scan colored marks independent of hue, density, and contrast of the background color of a printed object.
CONSTITUTION: This device scans a mark 15 printed on a printed object 10 moving under a light source 20. This device is provided with at least two parallel mark scanning channels 32, 34, 40, 50, 60 which generate electric impulse responding to specific colors when a mark passes through, and a selection circuit 70 which selects typical mark impulse from electric impulse generated from these channels.
