Abstract:
PURPOSE: To readily and accurately carry out pick finding even in the case of continuous weft inserting of weft of the same weft color in a weaving machine of a type in which weft is selected based on a preset weaving pattern.
CONSTITUTION: A display panel 10 is equipped with a repeating display part 14 where the accumulated repeating number from the change of existing weft color is shown. In pick finding, an operator watches a weaving pattern of actual woven fabric and counts the number of continuous weft insertings after weft presently existing at a weaving opening is changed to its weft color. Then a step is advanced or moved back by operation of a push button to make the numerical value of the accumulated repeating display coincident with the counted number of weft insertings.
