PURPOSE: To separate cut TOFU (bean curd) even in a relatively narrow place by thrusting plural TOFU fixing needles into TOFU cut in a water tank, transferring the TOFU fixing needles and separating cut TOFU.

CONSTITUTION: A device 22 of separating cut TOFU connected to a TOFU cutting device 10 consisting of a bottom plate 12 horizontally immobilized in a water tank and plural TOFU cutting blades 14 standing in cutting width of TOFU on the bottom plate 12 comprises (a) moving plates 24 divided into cutting width of TOFU, movable left and right mutually at desired equal intervals, provided with through holes 32 of TOFU fixing needles 36, connected to the bottom plate 12 and horizontally supported and (b) the TOFU fixing needles 36 rising from the bottom of the moving plates 24, passing through the through holes 32, thrusting cut TOFU 20 placed on the moving plates 24, fixing and movable with the moving plates 24.
