Abstract:

PURPOSE: To recover product uranium having a high content of U235 with improved separation efficiency and to reduce the consumption of heating energy by separating the heating region from the product uranium recovery region, and heating a product uranium recovery plate which can be moved in the circumferential direction with another heating element.

CONSTITUTION: The product uranium recovery plates 103 are arranged in a vacuum chamber 106 at equal angles θR to each other in the radial direction with respect to the melt surface of the raw uranium 102 in a crucible 101. The recovery plate 103 is moved to an angle of θR in fixed τsec. Namely, the adjacent recovery plate 103 is moved to the heating region at intervals of τsec, the heating element 113 is inserted from both surfaces of the recovery plate 103 at the heating region, product uranium which has been solidified and deposited on the recovery plate 103 is melted and poured into a product recovery passage 112.
