To obtain a separating and regenerating device for sand having the uniform temp. and good heat transfer effect by supplying the sand to a supporting floor near a transported casting inlet, blowing high temp. gas to heat and fluidize the sand separating the sand from the supporting floor near a transported casting outlet and circulating the sand to the casting inlet.
The high temp. sand is spread to the metallic casting 12 sticking mold sand and filling sand from a sand distributing conveyor 34 and transported to a fluidized bed 20 through the casting inlet 16. The supporting floors 22, 44 are supported with the same locker arm with a spring and vibrating force is generated in the inclining shaft direction with an eccentric driving device 26. The high temp. air is fed to a gas supplying device over the almost whole length at the lower part of the supporting floor and blown into the sand layer of the sand mold containing the casting 12, and the sand of the fluidized floor 20 is fluidized and heated to heat-decompose binder-resin. The detached sand is discharged from the fluidized floor 20 with a casting outlet conveyor. The high temp. sand is shifted to a return-back conveyor 74 through a transporting conveyor 72 and returned back and spread onto the following metallic casting 12 with a sand distributing conveyor 34.
