Abstract:
To provide a device server capable of switching a client apparatus connected to a device, in a different network segment.SOLUTION: A device server 30 includes a communication unit 32, and a control unit 31 that transmits and receives information to/from a plurality of client apparatuses via the communication unit 32. When receiving disconnection request information indicating a request to disconnect between a second client apparatus and a device from a first client apparatus while the second client apparatus is communicatively connected with the device, the control unit 31 transmits the disconnection request information to the second client apparatus. When receiving acceptance information indicating that the request to disconnect between the second client apparatus and the device has been accepted from the second client apparatus, the control unit disconnects between the second client apparatus and the device and communicatively connects the first client apparatus and the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
