The searching/ordering device of the present invention has a display part 24 for displaying at least a picture relating to goods search and order, an operation part 25 for entering at least goods information for search of desired goods and predetermined information for order by referring to the picture, a storage part 23 for storing at least the above goods information and predetermined information, and a control part 22 for converting the above goods information and predetermined information into a predetermined format and outputting it as a maintenance sheet and for placing an order of goods based on the above predetermined information.
