Abstract:
To perform cut processing of a circumferential end face of a disc electrode for seam welding equipment with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A shaping device 20 is provided with a circular cutting tip 27u, 27d in which a cutting blade is circular, on a tip side thereof toward a circumferential end face of a circular electrode 17u, 17d, and comprises an X-axis movement mechanism part 23 which longitudinally moves the circular cutting tip 27u, 27d along an X-axis direction toward the circumferential end face. Further, the shaping device comprises a Y-axis movement mechanism part 22 which moves left and right the X-axis movement mechanism part 23 in a Y-axis direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction. Further, information concerning a diameter size of the circular electrode 17u, 17d, a predetermined circumferential end face shape of the circular electrode 17u, 17d, and a predetermined cutting amount of the circumferential end face of the circular electrode 17u, 17d is previously stored in a storage part. The shaping device comprises a control part 26 which performs cutting control for cutting the circular electrode 17u, 17d of the diameter size into the circumferential end face shape by the cutting amount for the X-axis movement mechanism part 23 and the Y-axis movement mechanism part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
