The objective device is equipped with vacuum sucking pads that have a rotor inside and comprise the upper and lower sucking pads from which the top of the duct is projected, an intermittently rotating drum, a shellfish pushing out bar for feeding the shellfishes into the vacuum sucking pads, the pressing bar to which a roller is attached on the top end in order to suck the shellfish to the upper and lower pads, the insertion bar that is inserted between the upper and lower guides linked to the vacuum sucking pads and is equipped with a roller on the top edge and is equipped with a projection for pushing the upper pad in order to open the firmly closing shellfish, the first cutting blade for cutting off the adductor muscle, the spatula for separating the internal organs from the inner face of the shell, the sucking nozzle for sucking removing the internal organs and the second cutting blade for cutting and separating the adductor muscle.
