Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for shutting off a flow passage in a pipe capable of efficiently and reliably performing extractable movement of a partition plate valve irrespective of a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A device for shutting off a flow passage in a pipe is provided with a thin-plate like partition plate valve D which is freely extractable and movable in a tight-seal state through a gap S between both connection flange parts 2A, 3A produced by loosening operation of a fastener B on a shutting-off operation cover C freely attachable while sealing the outer circumference of both connection flange parts 2A, 3A, with respect to both pipe parts 2, 3 fastened and connected by the plurality of fasteners B arranged on the circumferential direction. Therein, each fastener B is provided with a fastening bolt 30 and a fastening nut 31 inserted to each of a plurality of through-holes 2a, 3a arranged on the circumferential direction of both connection flange parts 2A, 3A and interference suppressing means G which suppresses interference between a pair of fastening bolts 30A adjacent to each other on the circumferential direction of a plurality of fastening bolts 30 and the partition plate valve D which is extractable through the gap S while being interposed between the pair of fastening bolts 30A is provided.
