Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of accurately controlling the twisting angle and of skin passing of high toughness.
SOLUTION: Both ends of a roller holder 3 supporting two pairs of twist rollers 2 are rotatably mounted on the supporting portions 1a and 1b of a guide box 1, making a pass line L as an axis, and a fan shaped gear section 6 equipped with the gears are integrally installed with a roller holder. Further, a warm wheel 7 is meshed to the gear section, and a twist pinion 8 is integrated with the worm wheel. By rotating the twist pinion, the roller holder is rotated making the pass line as a main axis, so as to adjust the angle of the whole roller holders.
