This device for spraying a granular powder material for decoration (A) suitable for spraying the fine granular powder material for decoration (9) passing through a sieve of 26 mesh is provided with a rotary drum means (1) having a large number of cylindrical opening parts (12) with a diameter of 0.6-4.0 mm and a depth of 0.3-3 mm through the peripheral surface and a supply means (2) of the granular powder material for decoration supplying the granular powder material for decoration (9) to the opening parts (12) of the rotary drum means (1). This device can uniformly and stably drop/spray the granular powder material for decoration (9) supplied to the opening parts (12) accompanying the rotation of the rotary drum means (1).
