Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically stack a number of seedling raising boxes so as to facilitate subsequent work by providing means for stacking and storing the seedling raising boxes, that lower a setting portion in steps by a predetermined size as a discharge means performs discharging action, and that store the numerous seedling raising boxes arranged in lines of desired number each in the horizontal direction and in a stack having many stages in the vertical direction.
CONSTITUTION: A receiving means 5 receives seedling raising boxes 2 which are conveyed in sequence by a conveying means 3. A discharging means 6 discharges the seedling raising boxes 2 on the receiving means 5 sideways and feeds them to means 8A, 8B for stacking and accommodating the seedling culture boxes. The means 8A, 8B for stacking and accommodating the seedling culture boxes arrange the seedling raising boxes 2 from the discharge means 6 in lines of predetermined number each and place them on a setting portion 7 and lower the setting portion 7 in steps by a predetermined size as the discharge means 6 discharges the seedling raising boxes 2 a predetermined number of times. Therefore, the numerous seedling raising boxes 2 can be automatically arranged in lines of desired number each in the horizontal direction and a stack having many stages in the vertical direction on the setting portion 7, so the need for hard labor is eliminated.
