Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for stacking wide-flange shape steel, capable of stacking the wide-flange shape steel vertically and alternately in a regular and stable manner.
SOLUTION: The device for stacking the wide-flange shape steel is provided with an elevating skid free to move up and down, which transfer the wide-flange shape steel conveyed by an entrance-side conveyer, a pusher for pushing and transferring the wide-flange shape steel transferred by the elevating skid, a table 7 free to move up and down, which transfers the wide-flange shape steel transferred by the pusher, and a rotatable supporting member 6 mounted integral with the table 7, which has a pawl 10 for a projection for supporting a flange of the wide-flange shape steel pushed by the pusher. The pawl 10 is composed of a projecting pawl 10a for a large size, which supports the wide-flange shape steel having the broad flange, and a projecting pawl 10b for a small size, which supports the wide-flange shape steel having the narrow flange.
