Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for stepwise advancing of a bandshaped workpiece which advances the bandshaped workpiece which has a twin design and various widths if possible, and two bandshaped workpieces simultaneously.
SOLUTION: Two feed rollers 2 and 3 which perform intermittent and oscillatory driving are attached for advancing the bandshaped workpiece 63. The feed roller 2 at a bottom is supported by the frame 1 of the advancing device. The upper feed roller 3 is supported by a rocker 30, and the operation of the rocker is controlled by a control disk 64 through the arrangement of a lever 40 and a rod. The rocker was placed at one end of the rocker through a pressurization spring facing the frame, and at the opposite end, a pressurization spring is placed facing another rocker. The rocker is supported in the state where it is hung by a cantilever beam comprising a sleeve, an arm projected from the sleeve in a lateral direction and a shaft clamped by the arm.
