PURPOSE: To constitute so that a line between different colors or between light and shade parts of a color shows a distinct contrast, without mixing the flocking of different colors being in the adjacent areas, by providing a master stencil and several flocking stencils corresponding to each color.

CONSTITUTION: In a device consisting of an adhesive agent application operating table 10 and a flocking operating table 12, onto an upper working surface 14 of the operating table 10, a side guide plate 16 is fixed. Onto the working surface 14, a pair of hinges 20 having an upright rod 22 are installed, and onto the front of the adhesive agent application operating table 10, a pair of positioning pins 24 are permanently fixed. A master stencil 26 for applying an adhesive agent is installed in a frame 28, and the frame 28 contains a projecting bracket 30 having holes for receiving the positioning pins 24. The flocking operating table 12 contains a working surface 36, on which a fitting case 38 having a holding surface 40 is installed. On the surface of the holding surface 40, a lot of holes 42 are opened toward the inside of the case 38.
