Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stick a reinforcing cylinder accurately to a proper position on the periphery of a center hole of a flexible disk by forming a head part consisting of a positioning cylindrical part and a guide part, a flexible disk setting board and a receiving part. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing ring 8 is fixed on a surface C by air blowing from an air blowing port and suction based upon a suction mechanism. At that time, the reinforcing ring 8 is positioned by a surface A. When the head part falls and the receiving part 4 is abutted upon the positioning cylindrical part 1, the cylindrical part 1 goes down to the inside because a spring 6 is weaker than a spring 9 supporting the receiving part 4 and a surface D is moved up to a surface E. At that time, the ring 8 is fixed on a position matched with the surface A, and even if the fixing position is the surface B having a small diameter, the position is not shifted. When the surface D reaches the surface E, the receiving part 4 goes down to the inside, so that the disk is positioned by the cylindrical part 1 and the inner diameter of the ring 8 is made concentrical with that of the disk.
