PURPOSE: To secure suitable sticking of a tire component to a belt drum by accurately cutting a sword point shape by a method wherein when the tire component is introduced into a cutter, though a width of a material varies, it is appropriately guided.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sticking of a tire component is equipped with a let-off gear 2 sending a tire component 8 in its length direction, a cutter 4 cutting the sent out material 8 in a sword point shape, a sticking conveyor 6 deliverying the cut material 8A, and a belt drum 7 to which the material 8A sent out from the sticking conveyor 6 is stuck. A festoon guide means 3 having an offset regulation means is provided between the let-off gear 2 and the cutter 4.
