PURPOSE: To provide the title device whereby a movable piece reaching the limit of its movement is prevented from being in the state of locking by strongly pushing it to a stopper, when the movement of the movable piece moving toward a shaft center by the rotation of an output shaft is restricted by the stopper provided on the top end side of the output shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A slip plate 8 is rotatably provided between a stopper 9 and a movable piece 5. A recess part 9a for engagement is formed on the stopper and an engagement catch 8a engaged with the recess part 9a in the condition that a clearance remains in the direction of the rotation of a shaft is formed. In this way, the rotation of the slip plate to the stopper is restricted at a regular angle.
