A hoisting angle control device 6, which is fitted to a crane outer boom 5 freely to be turned, a device 7 for restricting the oscillation of a hoisted load, which is formed of an upper arm 7a and a lower arm 7b and which is supported by the device 6 freely to be turned, and a device 8 for controlling the posture of a hoisted load, which is fitted to a lower end of the lower arm 7b freely to be turned, are controlled by the interlocked operation of hydraulic cylinders 12, 13, 15 so that a crane hoisting cable 22 can be vertically moved along the vertical line suspended from a main sheave 19. With this structure, the oscillation of a hoisted load can be mechanically stopped.
