To obtain high precise straightening by using a pushing means fitting a flexible elastic plate and pushing on a base plate, at the time of straightening a metallic plate of a deformed melt spinning nozzle, etc.
As straightening device of the metallic plate, a device composed of a lower frame 1 fixing the base plate 3 and an upper frame 2 formed as a cylindrical state with a pressure-resistant rubber and fitting an expandable vessel 4 sticking the rubber-made flexible elastic plate 6 on the lower surface with an annular fitting 5, is used. At the time of straightening, after laying the beudigly deformed spinning nozzle metal plate S on the base plate 3, hydraulic fluid pressed in the expendable vessel 4 is supplied through a passage 7 and the vessel 4 is expanded and the nozzle plate S is pressed with the flexible elastic plate 6. By this constitution, hydraulic pressure of the expandable vessel 4 in uniformly loaded on the whole surface of the nozzle plate S with the elastic plate 6 and almost perfectly flattened without developing local ruggedness. As the straightening quantity, the high precision without 5μm can be obtd.
