Abstract:
To provide a device for strapping a package which is effectively operated and used for relatively many purposes.
This strapping device is provided with a transfer unit for transferring a package to a strapping position and a guide device for two strapping bands 11, 12 for positioning the bands around the package. The guide device regulates a crossing area for the bands 11, 12, inserts and/or tightens the bands 11, 12 and is provided with the contact parts 15a, 15b of a sealing stamp 14 for connecting the overlaying part of the bands 11, 12. The sealing stamp 14 for connecting the bands 11, 12 is located at or just proximal to the crossing point 16 of the bands 11, 12.
