PURPOSE: To enable easy and sure taking-out of a metallic filter by integrally ascending/descending the metallic filters laminated in a holding cylindrical body and separating the metallic filters each other with a magnet at upper part of the holding cylindrical body.
CONSTITUTION: Plural sheets of metallic filters 12 are superposed and held in the holding cylindrical body 14. The metallic filters 12 in the holding cylindrical body 14 are integrally ascended/descended with an actuator (cylinder) 16. The magnets 18a, 18b are arranged at the upper part of holding cylindrical body 14 and magnetic pole as the same kind is induced to each metallic filter 12 with the magnets 18a, 18b to separate the metallic filters 12. Air type pressure sensor corresponding to the metallic film is arranged. By this method, miniaturization of the whole supplying device can be easily obtd.
