This molten metal supplying device is provided with a vessel 330, a metal-made closed chamber 320 surrounding the vessel 330 and a coil 350 for induction-heating, melting the metallic material held into the vessel with the induction-heating. A base plate 325 in the closed chamber 320 is provided with a notch 325t for cutting off the course of the induction current developed with a magnetic flux of the coil 350 for induction-heating.
