Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove easily powder and particle adhered to a supplying valve and to recover a function of the valve.
CONSTITUTION: Inert gas from an inert gas bomb 10 is acted upon powder and particle contained in a storing tank 1 and the other inert gas is discharged from a gas multiplying mechanism 5 to a downstream side of a supplying pipe 3 so as to transport the powder and particle. If in the case that a function of the supplying valve 4 is damaged due to adhesion of powder and particle to the valve, inert gas gas from the gas multiplying mechanism 5 is discharged inversely and fed into the supplying valve 4 so as to remove the powder and particle adhered to the valve.
