Abstract:
To solve the problem wherein the time required for travelling is not always shortened, even though the next traffic signaler is passed through by controlling the running speed by obtaining the information of the signaler, but also it is dangerous to ignore the running conditions of other cars running on the same road, if reducing the running speed while regarding the information of the signaler as being important.
The device for supporting car running is constituted such that by obtaining the information of the signaler, if the color of the next signal is red, the speed of the car is kept, as it is, and a route to pass through in a short time without stopping, is searched and displayed.
