A portable terminal 30 integrating a transmission part 35 for transmitting/receiving various information to/from the transmission part 20 in the room 12 through a radio wave to the transmission line, a display part 31 for displaying operation guidance successively received through the transmission part 35 and a voice I/O part 33 for executing conversation in its inside is arranged in the vicinity of the controlled equipment 15.
