To quickly generate and change a transmission software by storing program parts concerning a transmission procedure with another computer at its own computer side, selecting a program parts for realizing a transmission software at the time of transmitting data of another computer from a program parts so as to execute a combination and generation of program source.
A transmission software definition processing is executed in a transmission software defining means 4, selecting information is displayed in an area fixed in a display screen and it is stored in a transmission software defining file 5. After the transmission software is defined based on one part number, a definition processing end is judged and the same processing is repeated when it is not judged. When the definition processing is ended, a source generating processing is executed by a source generating means 6. In this processing, the part number, etc., is read out of a program part storing means 1 so as to execute combination so that the program source related to an opposite computer is generated.
