PURPOSE: To execute broaching in addition to form rolling by releasing the synchronizing of the upper and lower rack bases, and synchronously sliding to the same direction.

CONSTITUTION: Among timing racks 9, 10 fixed to upper and lower rack bases, one side timing rack 10 is engaged to the 1st timing opinion 12, the other side timing rack 9 is engaged to the 2nd timing opinion 12, and a pinion gear 20 is interposed between both timing opinions 11, 12. The pinion gear 20 can be rotated by engaging a clutch plate 18 to a pinion gear sleeve 17 and a head center sleeve 16, the broaching can be executed by mutually and horizontally moving while synchronizing the timing racks 9, 10 by relatively rotating the 1st, and the 2nd timing pinions 11, 12 to the reverse directions.
