Abstract:
PURPOSE:To quickly judge the abnormality of a plant by comparing plant data with the plant model stored in a storage device and decide the type of a display picture by an arithmetic processing device to display it on a display screen device. CONSTITUTION:Plant data from a plant is fetched into an arithmetic processing device 1 through a plant data fetching device 5. Display contents determining processing 11, display contents extracting processing 12, and picture generating processing 13 are executed in the device 1. Plant data is compared with plant model data 21 stored in a storage device 2. For example, if the temperature of supply water rises because of the abnormality of a supply water heater to reduce the furnace output, plant output reduction is selected by classification related to the furnace output. Next, the abnormality of the supply water system is selected by extraction of plant data (rise of the supply water temperature), and the abnormality of the supply water heater is decided by extraction of detailed plant data. As the result, required data is extracted by the processing 12 and is processed by the processing 13 and is outputted to a display screen device 3.
