To provide an improved device and system for guiding a vehicle which very efficiently indicates the optimum guidance on a destination to a guiding object vehicle.

An emergency vehicle guiding device computes a predicted running route to the destination of the guiding object vehicle and displays, in a display, images of monitoring cameras located on the predicted running route, in suitable sequence from the nearest one. Based on that the guiding object vehicle passes through either a crossing or the monitoring camera, the predicted running route is recomputed and the image of the monitoring camera to be displayed afresh in the display is selected again.
