Cam actuator collar engagement members extending in respective radial directions of respective split ring collars are properly fixed around respective split ring collars 60 so as that the same are put in sliding relations by respective inclined grooves 70, 70' in cam actuator collars 50, 50'. When the cam actuator collars rotate, the cam actuator collar engagement members are loaded on respective inclined grooves. At least part of inclined groove is inclined with respect to the horizontal direction so as to generate an axial direction component when the cam actuator collar engagement member slides in the groove. Consequently, the movement length of a plunger in a bore 10 of a body part 4 can be limited by using a degree of inclination with respect to a gradient and length of the inclined groove.
