To provide a device for taking out a high viscosity object and a method for taking out the high viscosity object capable of taking out a small quantity of the high viscosity object easily and accurately in terms of weight.

The high viscosity object 1 stored in a first piston pump 110 beforehand is discharged from the first piston pump 110. The high viscosity object 1 discharged from the first piston pump 110 through a carrier passage of which one end is connected to the first piston pump 110 is carried. The high viscosity object 1 carried through the carrier passage is sucked and stored in a second piston pump 120 connected to the other end of the carrier passage and having an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the first piston pump 110 (strictly speaking, an inner diameter of a first cylinder 111). The high viscosity object 1 stored in the second piston pump 120 is discharged from the second piston pump 120 by blocking an intermediate part of the carrier passage and opening a delivery passage for establishing communication between the second piston pump 120 and the outside. The high viscosity object 1 discharged from the second piston pump 120 is taken out to the outside through the delivery passage.
