PURPOSE: To smoothly supply the material, and to smoothly perform each work in the case where a difference of working process speed is generated between continuous working processes by temporarily storing the continuous material between two working processes.

CONSTITUTION: Frames 1, 2 are provided between two different working processes close to each working process, and the frames 1, 2, which are respectively provided with each working process and guide rollers R1, R2, are arranged on a material supplying line. Furthermore, an oscillating arm 4, which is provided with a presser roll 5 for abutting on the upper part of a material to be fed, is provided in one of the frames. An encoder 7 is fitted to an end of a support shaft of this oscillating arm 4 to detect quantity of deflection of the material with this encoder 7.
