Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or stably positioning long bones, especially that for cutting bones, in particular that for external combination of a fixed nail and a fixing device. SOLUTION: A device for stabilizing long bones by ostectomy has an extensible support device 12, a fixing device 10 which is provided externally having a plurality of pins 16, 17, 26, 28 and 32 being guided to pass through a bone on both sides of a cut part while being fixed so as to cross the support device in a different direction. Moreover, a marrow area fixing nail is provided having at least one through hole at end parts to receive a bone screw and at least one slender through groove 56 between the end parts, through which at least one of the pins 16 and 17 of the fixing device 10 is passed.
