Title:
DEVICE TO STICK PARTS ON INNER PERIPHERAL SURFACE OF ENDLESS BELT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3733765
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply accurate and uniform sticking of rope-shaped guiding members for running to the internal peripheral surface of endless belts along the peripheral direction even if they have difference or scattering in their peripheral length or are thin endless belts such as endless film belts.
SOLUTION: A device to stick parts on the internal peripheral surface of endless belt is provided with guide grooves 22 and 23, which are formed as belt holding means 1 to engage and hold a guiding member 12 for running, a drive roll 2, which performs rotation drive at a fixed position, a driven roll 4, which is driven with the axis of the driven roll 4 and the drive roll 2 kept parallel with each other and is supported in such a way that the distance between the axes of the rolls 2 and 4 can be slightly adjusted, and a tension giving mechanism 6, which applies fixed tensile force F to this driven roll 4, and uses an article, which is constituted in such a way that an endless belt 10 is belted around the rolls 2 and 4, held and rotated. Sticking operation is performed by introducing guiding members 12 for running in the guide rolls 22 and 23 of the drive roll 2.
