To train a motor nerve and muscular force at the same time by mounting weights displaceably to both ends of a long spring bar or long coiled spring and providing a grip part on the central part.
A weight 3 is fit on a long spring bar or long coiled spring 1 to be fixed to any position by a screw 4. Each center of gravity of the weight 3 is located in an equal position spaced from the center of the grip part 2 and the operational cycle of a training device is determined by a distance between the centers of gravity. A user adjusts the positions of the weights 3 on both ends of the long spring bar or long coiled spring 1 to set the preferred operational cycle and practice the expansive and contractive motion. Since the user cannot practice the smooth operation unless he practice the expansive and contractive motion adapted to the operational cycle of the training device, he needs to concentrate his motor nerve to this motion, and thereby the motor nerve is trained.
