A drive link 36 transmits motion from the knock lever to the large pulley 24, a manual mechanism 18 which enables the large pulley 24 to pivots intermittently is provided adjacent to the large pulley 24, and a manual control dial 25 is connected direct to the large pulley 24 to quickly send the belt 16.
