Abstract:
PURPOSE:To concentratedly deposit a surface-treating soln. over the inner surfaces of even minutely spaced recesses by using a work forming device capable of conducting pretreatment and post-treatment simultaneously with surface treatment with one line. CONSTITUTION:A cathodized work W is intermittently transferred in the horizontal direction through a holder C, etc. A thin-sheet guide 1 to be inserted into the inner surfaces of the minutely spaced recesses W10 in the work W is provided in parallel to the traveling direction of the work W. The guide 1 is anodized. An electrical insulating liq.-impregnated body 3 is wound over a guide roller 2 supported in parallel to the guide 1 and the guide 1. Many nozzles 4a are formed in opposition to the left and right side faces of the guide 1. A case contg. the guide 1, roller 2 and body 3 is vertically moved in synchronization with the intermittent transfer of the work W.
