To provide a device for turning the surface side of a stocking out, capable of surely and smoothly turning out the surface side of the stocking finished with the sewing of the toe opening part and capable of conveying it to a taking out part smoothly and surely in a state of having its surface side out, and useful for the complete automatization of the production of the stockings.
This device for turning-out the surface side of the stockings 1 is constituted by an inner tube 3 installed at the inside of an outer tube 2 and a plate having a plurality of holes 4, a sucking up tube 5 arranged at the inside of the outer tube 2 and preferably having a lower end cut as inclined, an air flow-generating source 6, a 2 way-changeover valve 7 for flowing the air flow to passages W1, W2 selectively and an actuator 8 for lifting up and down the sucking tube 5, and sucking the stockings A falling loosely to the outside part of the sucking up tube 5 by putting the wearing port side up and in a state of having its reverse side out by the air flow flowed to the passage W1 up to an end point of the sucking, then sucking the stocking A from their toe side while pulling the sucking tube 5 by the actuator 8 and turning the stockings into the inside of the sucking tube 5 to complete the turning of the surface side of the stockings out.
