Abstract:
PURPOSE: To integrate plural solar cells into a single supporting structure, to electrically connect them, and to obtain an outside connection for discharging electric energy by capsule-packaging the plural solar cells into a foil-shaped or plate-shaped supporting structure. CONSTITUTION: Plural solar cells 4 are the parts of solar cell laminates 4 and 5 without edges, and the plural solar cells 4 are capsule-packaged in a row in a foil-shaped or plate-shaped supporting structure. Further, the solar cell laminates 4 and 5 are arranged into a single supporting structure, and the supporting structure is constituted of two mats 8 and 9 and one supporting foaming layer 7, and a circularity extended and dug edge 12 is formed. Also, the surface sides of the laminates 4 and 5 and the supporting structure are placed properly on the edge 12. Moreover, the edge 12 is shaped like a wave between two parallel edge 12 cross-sections, so that the solar cell laminates 4 and 5 can be supported by a higher cross-section part, a cooling medium can be guided by the deeper cross-sectional passage, and an energy-guiding medium can be housed.
