To accurately set the volume of the fluid to be ejected while restricting the quantity of the energy for ejecting the droplet at the minimum by combining a heating means with an electrode and the solid electrolyte, and extracting the oxygen from the air so as to control the movement of the fluid.
A cartridge 100 including the Bimevox (a brand name) is formed into a solid electrolyte pellet, which contacts with an electrode linked with an ordinary power source, and combined with a heating means so as to form the O2 ion at 150-500°C of operating temperature, and oxygen is thereby extracted from the air. The oxygen generated by the cartridge 100 is led into a chamber 101. The gas pressure generated in the chamber 101 is used so as to deflect a film 102, and the deflection itself generates the movement of the fluid included in a chamber 103 continuously formed to the chamber 101. An inflow and an outflow valves 104a, 104b can accurately eject the ink droplet while allowing the movement of the preset quantity of the fluid to be used for ink jet as a function of the rhythm of the pulse of a film to be controlled by the extraction of the oxygen of the element 100.
