To easily classify a conductive wiring plate and an insulating housing from each other so as to facilitate recycle by projectingly providing a tab integratedly with one face side of the wiring plate.

A metallic conductive wiring plate 6 is provided with light source bulb holding and contacting terminal parts 60, switch terminal parts 61, connecter terminals 62, wiring parts 63, a tab 64 nearly squarely bent on one end of the wiring part 63, an earth part 65, or the like. This wiring plate 6 is integratedly constituted with a housing by insert forming. The whole one- side faces of the light source bulb holding and contacting terminal parts 60, the switch terminal parts 61, the connecter terminal parts 62, the wiring parts 63, and the earth part 65 of the wiring plate 6 are exposed against the one face of the housing 2 extending over the whole face, and the tab 64 is projectingly provided integratedly with one face side of the wiring plate 6.
