Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify the quality of the welded part of a thin-diameter tube, improve working environment, and reduce working time by providing a chip collection case, a vacuum pump, a suction duct, circular saw blade with a drive motor, a tube insertion hole for vertical and horizontal cut-off and notching, and the like inside and outside the stand of a quality verification-testing device.
SOLUTION: A vacuum pump 10 for sucking with a chip-collection case 11 and a chip suction duct 9 and accommodating into the case 11 is provided at a stand 17, a circular saw blade 2 is driven by a drive motor 1, and the thickness of the teeth of the blade 2 ranges from 0.3 to 0.5 mm, and a thin- diameter tube with an outer diameter of 3.2-25.4 mm. When the tube is to be cut, in the blade 2 does not deviate since they are driven by the drive motor 1, and working time is reduced. The chip of the tube being cut by the blade 2 does not scatter and enters the suction duct 9 and is accommodated in the collection case 11 by the vacuum pump 10, and hence do not scatter around, thus enabling working environment and quality to be verified, time and labor to be reduced, and working efficiency to be improved.
