PURPOSE: To carry out the extremely precise control by employing the feedforward compensation in addition to the feedback control, and providing the filter circuit to output the correction signal to cancel the natural frequency of the mold vil>ration system.
CONSTITUTION: In a vibration device to vibrate a mold 1 by an electro-hydraulic stepping cylinder 5 through a link mechanism 3, when the driving signal is outputted to the stepping cylinder 5, the feedforward control is realized by adding the compensation signal to cancel the delay in motion of thc stepping cylinder 5 and the delay of the motion transmission by the elastic deformation of the link mechanism 3 or the like to the objective waveform signal of the mold 1. When the feedback of the actual position of the mold 1 is realized, the correction signal from the filter circuit to cancel the resonance frequency is considered, and at the same time, the control parameter of this filter circuit 51 is corrected on the real time basis.
