Abstract:
PURPOSE: To raise a compression degree by a compact structure and to increase calorific value by shortening one side of a pair of shafts fitted with screw blades in a discharge side and shortening the half of a casing in the short shaft side in accordance with the short shaft and fitting a screw blade of reverse grasp to the end part in the discharge port side of the short shaft.
CONSTITUTION: Turning shafts 12, 13 and a first screw bodies 14, 14' fitted thereto are respectively rotated and driven mutually counterclockwise and clockwise (b) so as to be bitten from the upper part to the lower part. Waste which is bulky and contains plenty water content and plastics except large metallic pieces is charged from a supply port 11a in such a state as a compressing body 16 fitted to the long turning shaft 12 and a second screw body 17 are rotated and driven counterclockwise. Thereby, waste is agitated by the comparatively long screw bodies 14, 16' in a casing 11 and a lining body 30, crushed and kneaded in the interval of the screw bodies and a liner block 31 and in the minimum space part between the shafts. Therefore, waste is compressed and the temperature is raised by friction and conveyed to the compressing body 16.
