PURPOSE: To provide a device by which a user can walk on the water and which is utilized as a playing tool for swimming on the sea by a method wherein an elevating wing formed integrally with a stay and a handle is connected to the front parts of two bodies, flap wings to perform flapping operation along with and in linkage with vertical movement of a body are provided, and walking on the sea is practicable.
CONSTITUTION: An elevating wing 2 formed integrally with a stay 3 and a handle 4 is connected to the front parts of two bodies 1 and 1, and flapping wings 5 and 5 mounted on the rear parts of the bodies 1 and 1 in a state that a cylinder member 11 is fitted in a U-shaped pipe 10. Feet are inserted in respective fixing bands 6 arranged to the body 1, one body 1 is lifted upward by means of a leg force as a handle 4 is grasped and the elevating wing 2 is operated to an angle of elevation or an angle of depression, and the other body 1 is stepped down. In which case, the flapping wing 5 is bent in a reverse direction to the body 1 and collided with the upper and lower ends of the U-shaped pipe 10 and not more bent. This constitution repeats flapping operation of the flapping wing 5 through alternate vertical movement of the bodies 1 and 1, resulting in advancing of the bodies 1.
