Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the waving formation by pressing the whole surface at the same time without breaking a welded part having a little brittleness in a welded cross wire.
CONSTITUTION: A pressing die and a receiving die are not integrally formed but made to be mutually paralleled peak parts 1 and valley parts 2 with the interval, and a movable part 2a pushed up with springs is arranged in the valley part 2. The movable part 2 and the peak parts 1 at both sides are connected with the outer edge in chain-state with a horizontal attitude link material 10. By this constitution, at the time of making the cross wire into the waving-form, causing a little shrinkage, the link material 10 is inclined in the waving-form as the same way and the gap between both parts is shrunk. At the time of completing this formation, each die is returned back with a hydraulic cylinder 14.
